Amazon has started shipping the 3rd generation of Alexa Show device last week and it arrived at home today. It is a different kind of gadget for sure!

Unlike other Alexa Show devices, this comes with a moving screen: yes, the screen moves following you using its built-in camera. I have installed it on our kitchen island and testing it while cooking or doing chores in the kitchen.

With a larger size and higher resolution of the screen (10.1 inches), you can see it clearly from a distance. I could watch a few YouTube videos. The device supports two browsers to browse the internet: Firefox and Amazon’s own Silk browser (which I had never heard of) and Alexa could even search for a video using a voice command.

More trials will continue in the coming days but I am happy with the first looks!!
